Live Chat Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team at Woodland Dental Group with a competitive pay of $23/hr. As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with our patients through our website's live chat feature. You will have the opportunity to provide top-notch customer service and assist patients in scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to incoming live chat inquiries from patients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients' needs and offering helpful solutions
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient information accurately
- Educate patients about our services and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with patients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
- Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a medical or dental office

- Detail-oriented and able to accurately record patient information
