Our work supports coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service providers through sales systems, automation, AI-powered processes, and experienced sales support. This full-time Sales opening is part of our Los Angeles city team and is performed fully remotely.
The conversations you will lead
You will meet prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations. Ask thoughtful questions about their business, priorities, and goals; explain solutions that fit; and work through concerns with professionalism. Keep CRM records accurate, carry follow-up activities through to completion, and take ownership of your individual performance targets while supporting the wider team.
Support for your sales work
Appointments are pre-scheduled, with no cold calling or manual prospecting required. AI-driven lead generation supports the appointment pipeline, and established sales systems and structured onboarding provide a framework for your work. The remote environment includes continued sales coaching, training, mentorship, and collaboration with teammates.
Experience and approach
A background in remote sales, appointment setting, business development, or high-ticket closing is relevant to this opportunity. Compensation and career development
