Machine Learning / AI Engineer Lead (Fully Remote)

- We partner with AWS, Databricks, and Astronomer to craft innovative Big Data and ML technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary technical consultant, leading end-to-end AI/ML project implementations with clients.
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade pipelines with MLOps/AIOps practices.
- Implement and optimize Generative AI applications, including RAG systems and agent orchestration.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Generative/Agentic AI or Machine Learning systems in production.
- 3+ years in customer-facing consulting or solutions architect roles.
- Expertise in Python, Docker, distributed computing like Apache Spark, and MLOps lifecycle.
