Home Team is looking for an Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of part of Home Team’s portfolio. This individual will coordinate vendors and maintenance tasks/requests across our short-term rental portfolio. This role is focused exclusively on supporting vendors as they carry out their tasks & work orders across our property portfolio, ensuring timely responses, clear information, and a positive experience. The Communications Agent will handle multiple vendor conversations throughout the day and collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve vendor issues. Compensation:- Base Salary
- $5-$6/hr, tracked on hours, scheduled for 40hrs/week
- Timezone/Working Hrs:
- Timezone: EST
- This is a full time, 8 hours / day position with breaks.
- Contract Structure
- 1099 contractor
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to vendor messages and requests before, during, and after the process of completing work orders and maintenance requests
- Provide clear updates, information requests, and questions to vendors, and internal operations team through Breezeway task management and slack channels
- Address vendor questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with documentation process and information requests for maintenance work orders.
- Monitor and respond to time-sensitive vendor issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Coordinate internally via Slack to support vendor/work order issue resolution.
- Log vendor communications, issues, and outcomes in Guesty, Breezeway and Notion.
- Assist with reviewing vendor feedback and basic complaint resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience & Competencies:
- Worked with AirBNB/VRBO or another property management company in the past
- Worked with Vacation Rentals in the past
- Strong experience coordinating with vendors in relation to property management
- Great quality communicator (English)
- Confident
- Ability to manage a lot of different moving pieces
- Ability to stay calm when a lot is going on
