Role Description The Sales Lead role is a full-time, remote position for applicants based in the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales process, guiding prospects through discovery calls, presentations, and follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers. The Sales Lead will manage and support a small sales team, set and track performance targets, and collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating inbound and outbound sales activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, providing product or service education to potential clients, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Lead will also assist in training team members, sharing best practices, and contributing to sales process improvements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and relationship-building. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating, and closing deals. Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills, such as coaching team members, setting goals, and monitoring performance. Experience in remote sales or account management roles, preferably within a service-oriented or consulting environment. Comfort using CRM platforms and basic productivity tools to track activities and report results. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to work independently and meet targets. Eligibility to work in the United States; prior leadership experience or supervisory responsibilities are a plus.
