Manager Claims Client Liaison - Remote
For our client, we are seeking a Manager Claims Client Liaison - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead a customer-facing claims support team responsible for service quality, issue resolution, and operational consistency. The manager will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve escalations handling, staffing effectiveness, and the overall customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can coach teams, strengthen service standards, and help ensure complex claims processes are managed with care and efficiency. Location: Remote Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Claims Client Liaisons, promoting a customer-focused culture Establish and monitor service standards for quality and customer satisfaction Conduct performance management activities including coaching and development planning Manage workload distribution and staffing to ensure effective customer support Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer and claims issues Identify service risks and implement proactive solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer meetings and escalations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in insurance claims, operations, customer service, or account management Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven leadership experience in claims management within the insurance sector In-depth knowledge of disability, leave, life, and workforce benefits claims operations Experience handling escalations and managing complex customer relationships
