About the role This position is responsible for leading a team of manual and automation quality engineering. Will work closely with the other members of the team and business owners to create, review, execute test plans and scenarios to ensure the quality of software releases. This role leads testing projects (big and small); provides support to the Digital Product Team sprint releases by applying best in industry quality engineering skills in various systems and applications, including financial programs. This role participates in the product development process for ensuring software runs smoothly and meeting the business objective by enabling shift left testing using automation along with CI/CD, agile and scrum methodology and in completing test projects on time within budget.
