Marketing Coordinator (Remote) US Support marketing for affordable online adult education at a global education technology company. This is a full-time remote position in the United States, working with marketing leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Assist marketing leaders with strategy execution and campaign support. Communicate professionally with external partners and coordinate projects and initiatives through completion. Create and organize content calendars and improve internal processes. Help create, proofread, and distribute marketing materials internally and externally. Support basic analytics and reporting across channels. Work with internal teams to deliver results. Assist with market research and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
A degree, certification, or minor in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Strong organization, accuracy, thoroughness, and written and verbal communication. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, meet project schedules, and collaborate effectively. Knowledge of marketing terminology and the ability to develop marketing content and collateral. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with marketing strategies and delivery channels. Interest in digital education and positive customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, channel or product marketing experience, and experience with Salesforce Pardot or Marketing Cloud are advantages. Compensation and Inclusion The base pay range is $19.00–$31.00 USD. Individual base pay depends on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
