Master Personal Trainer
About the position GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of personal trainers, drive results, and shape the future of fitness in their community. This role involves bringing fitness directly to clients in their homes, offices, and community spaces, redefining training without limits. The Master Trainer will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and leading training sessions, overseeing client success metrics, supporting sales goals, facilitating workshops, and driving local marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes representing GYMGUYZ's core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
