Document the chief complaint and current symptoms in the EHR before the providerโs consultation. Guide patients in checking blood pressure, temperature, weight, or heart rate if they have home monitoring equipment. Obtain recent vital sign readings from patient-owned devices, such as glucose meters and pulse oximeters. ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: At least 6 months experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical or remote setting.
