Responsibilities
Develop clinical vignettes, diagnostic exercises, and management scenarios that challenge AI models Evaluate and validate model responses for clinical accuracy and evidence-based reasoning Collaborate with clinicians and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and specialty coverage
Required Qualifications
MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree Clinical experience in practice, residency, or academic medicine Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Board certification in any specialty Teaching, publication, or peer-review experience Familiarity with clinical AI applications is a plus
