Member Experience Rep - Remote Graveyard Shift

About the Job As a Member Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience by arranging non-emergency medical transportation. Each interaction matters to us, and you have the opportunity to make a positive impact. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:
- Receive inbound calls and make outbound service calls, assess the customers transportation needs, and assist appropriately
- Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications (Data entry required)
- Deliver a simple customer experience with every interaction
- Trouble-shoot and problem solve situations that may be outside standard procedures
- Become a knowledge expert
Shifts: This position is for overnight work.
Requirements
