Keep reading… THE ROLE & ITS IMPACT In your first 90 days, you will: Master Our Curriculum – Quickly learn and implement our established mental training framework for teen athletes. Build a Positive Culture – Ensure each athlete feels supported, empowered, and motivated to excel both on and off the court. Measure Real Results – Document and share quantifiable progress with athletes and parents, proving the real value of your coaching. Own the Athlete Experience – Set high standards for focus, engagement, and personal growth, taking responsibility for every athlete's success. REQUIREMENTS This role is for you if: You've been a professional or high-level competitive tennis player (and know the mental demands of the sport: handling pressure points, momentum swings, and solo competition). You love building connections with teen athletes and can keep them motivated through challenges like tough losses, long training blocks, and tournament stress. You're obsessed with mental skills like Emotional Control, Focus, Visualization and Self Talk. You thrive on ownership, taking full responsibility for outcomes and improvements and can hold athletes and parents accountable to execution. This isn't for you if: You need detailed instructions at every step instead of adapting to a dynamic curriculum. You prefer traditional coaching that focuses solely on technique over mental strength. You don't want to invest in building relationships with teen athletes. You're not ready for real accountability and big-picture impact. WHY JOIN US?
