What’s in it for you :-
Lead the Platform Enablement and User Support function for the Microsoft Data & Analytics ecosystem, providing L2 support, user enablement, incident resolution, service request fulfillment, problem management, and operational governance.
Experience
- 6+ years in Production Support / AMS / Managed Services
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft Data & Analytics platforms
- Strong ITIL/ITSM experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead L1/L1.5/L2 support operations
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests
- Provide support for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure services
- Coordinate user onboarding, access provisioning, and license management
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles, SOPs, runbooks, and training materials
- Drive root cause analysis and problem management activities
- Support SLA compliance, operational reporting, and service reviews
- Collaborate with platform administration and engineering teams for complex technical issues
- Mentor junior support engineers
