  • Lead, coach, and develop the Project Coordination team, providing mentoring, training, career development, regular feedback, and clear expectations while maintaining accountability for team effectiveness.

  • Manage employee development and performance processes for direct reports, including competency assessments, development plans, annual reviews, and compensation input.
  • Serve as an escalation point for project, resource, process, and internal team concerns, facilitating resolution and engaging PMO leadership when additional intervention is required.
  • Lead team operating rhythms, including team meetings, resource and capacity reviews, calibration discussions, and operational reviews focused on delivery health, priorities, and organizational readiness.
  • Support PMO talent management, including hiring, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding, while helping ensure appropriate Project Coordinator and Project Manager coverage for client engagements.
  • Partner with PMO leadership on strategic and operational initiatives, including project governance, contract/SOW reviews, delivery readiness, process improvement, organizational planning, and team health.
