Mid-Level Electrical Engineer
Job Description:

- Take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical systems
- Mentor junior-level MEP engineers while supporting proposal efforts
- Work on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies
- Broaden knowledge and deepen skill set in building systems design
- Efficiently navigate through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation

Requirements:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of related MEP experience
- Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
- Federal project experience will have special consideration
- Experience mentoring and training employees
- Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients
- PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near future
- Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and produce high-quality work
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
