Mobile Fullstack Lead Flutter/Dart Location: EST (Remote)Duration: 14 Months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mobile Fullstack Lead with strong expertise in Flutter and Dart and hands-on experience with backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead the architecture of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Define scalable application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems. Collaborate with backend, product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural improvements. Support CI/CD, mobile application deployment, testing, and production troubleshooting. Required Skills 14+ years of mobile application development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart. Strong understanding of iOS and Android mobile development. Experience with REST APIs, backend integration, and microservices. Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture, MVVM, or BLoC. Experience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, and performance optimization. Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
