MS Teams Analyst / Admin (remote)
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IT Business Analyst / Sys Admin for a short -month contract assignment with one of our premier Infrastructure services clients.This role is remote.Designed to be an interim role, not recommended for those currently employed in a long-term engagement.Responsibilities :Work with our various field offices to assist in the set up of MS Teams locally.Require coordination with internal stakeholders at the firm and the IT person at each office.The critical piece is to set up the API connector that will journal MS Teams messages from local Admin environment to firm's environment.There is a written, step-by-step playbook to follow that describes the process to set up these offices.In total, we expect - offices will be set up within the -month project timeline.Required to manage multiple office set ups concurrently and interact with the office IT person (or outside IT consultant hired by the office) and internal stakeholders within the firm, such as Compliance, Tech Support for Field Offices, and Project Management Office.Required Skills :Years of Experience :-Ability to provide high-end customer service and status reporting is a must..
