Narrate What You Are Doing While You Do It (Paid Data Task, Remote, Contract)
ABOUT KLED
Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world.
We are not a labeling firm. We are not a task marketplace.
We are a consumer application where people upload their real photos, videos, and documents and get paid continuously.
We then filter, standardize, and license that data to frontier AI labs and enterprises that need fresh, rights-aware training data.
Since launching our mobile app in 2026, we have:
• Reached #1 on the App Store (Finance) with 0 paid marketing • Scaled to 600,000+ active data contributors
• Processed 5M uploads per day
• Raised $15M+ from investors behind SpaceX, Airbnb, Coinbase, xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Spotify, Lyft, Uber, and more
Our mission is to let anyone download the app and earn a real living wage from uploading their data.
This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Narrate What You Are Doing While You Do It". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.
What you will do
Film any everyday task with your hands in shot, and say out loud what you're doing as you do it.
Steps
Prop your phone or hang it round your neck so your hands are in shot
Start recording in Kled and begin the task
Say what you are doing as you do it, 'now I'm loosening this screw', 'this bit always sticks'
Keep going to the end without stopping the recording
Upload
What gets rejected
Do not narrate afterwards, talk while you work
Do not stop and restart the recording
Do not film with your hands out of shot
Do not read from a script
Accepted: One unbroken take, hands visible throughout, continuous speech describing the action as it happens.
Pay
$2.60 per accepted clip. At a typical pace of about 7 minutes per clip, that is about $22 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 3 clips pays about $7.80. One clip of 3 to 5 minutes per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).
Where and when
Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)
