Work Schedule and Flexibility Our team works together in person at our Deerfield, IL office, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM We offer Optional Work-from-Home Fridays Optional Work-from-Home during Thanksgiving week Optional Work-from-Home the week between Christmas and New Year's Day New employees become eligible for these flexible work arrangements after their first 90 days, upon successful completion of their initial training Sound Like You? Bachelor’s degree Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset Confident, polished phone presence Highly organized with sharp attention to detail Strong critical thinking skills — you’re comfortable thinking beyond the obvious Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and internal systems Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment A positive, upbeat energy that people can feel through the phone Curiosity, coachability, and the willingness to learn — even if it means taking smart risks . This role starts at a base salary of $50,000. Employees are eligible for our Quarterly Bonus Program after 90 days, and we offer a Signing Bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
