Conduct trainings and workshops for healthcare professionals on new treatments, technologies, and protocols. Utilize expertise in nursing to provide guidance and support to patients and colleagues in regards to healthcare decisions and practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and update educational content. Stay up-to-date on industry changes and advancements in healthcare to ensure accurate and relevant education. Serve as a resource for patients and colleagues, answering questions and providing information on healthcare topics. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement. Represent the company and promote its mission and values through professional and educational interactions. Maintain accurate records and documentation of educational activities and outcomes.
