What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
- Review and assess how well AI systems represent EHR documentation, clinical decision-making, and nursing processes
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses related to healthcare settings
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI developers improve clinical content quality
- Translate your hands-on nursing experience into actionable insights for technical teams
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with direct patient care experience
- Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts
- Able to evaluate clinical content critically and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
- Experience with data quality review, clinical auditing, or documentation improvement
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
- Advanced nursing credentials or specialty certifications
