Position Summary/Job Duties:

What You'll Do:

• Tutor and mentor a small group of K–8 students (2–3) each week, supporting them virtually during their school day -Work ~5 hours per week for a 14‑week term each semester -Weeks 1–2: Complete training and onboarding to prepare for sessions -Weeks 3–14: Lead weekly tutoring sessions and build consistent relationships -Help students feel seen, motivated, and more confident in their learning -Accelerate growth in elementary reading or middle school math -Receive weekly lesson plans, training, and support from experienced educators
