About the Role
We are seeking experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultants to join our team. We are hiring for both Technical and Functional focus areas to drive enterprise integration projects, streamline business processes, and support cloud transformation for our clients. Key Responsibilities 1. OIC Technical Consultants (2 Positions) Architect, design, build, and deploy robust cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Develop custom adapters, REST/SOAP web services, and complex mappings using XSLT and XPath. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize OIC integrations, asynchronous processes, and error-handling frameworks. Collaborate with functional leads and solution architects to translate technical requirements into scalable designs. Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and technical documentation. 2. OIC Functional Consultants (2 Positions) Lead business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process design across core Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/CX modules. Translate complex business needs into functional integration specifications and workflow designs. Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technical integration engineering team. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define end-to-end testing scenarios, and provide functional user training. Guide best practices for business process automation and data mapping across enterprise applications. Qualifications & Requirements Technical Consultant Requirements: 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Strong background in XML, JSON, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and database query design (SQL/PL-SQL). Proven track record connecting Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) with 3rd-party SaaS/on-premise systems. Experience with OIC agent architecture, error management, and performance monitoring. Functional Consultant Requirements: 8+ years of functional consulting experience with Oracle Cloud / Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, or SCM). Strong capability in requirement gathering, technical specification writing, and process mapping. Solid understanding of data flows between enterprise modules and external ecosystems.
