The ideal candidate will have experience with identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, SSO, MFA, identity governance, provisioning, directory services, and API-based integrations within secure or government environments. Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support IAM solutions using Okta and SailPoint Implement and maintain SSO, MFA, authentication, and authorization solutions Configure SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM integrations Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle processes Configure and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud Develop SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and application integrations Integrate Okta and SailPoint with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID Perform application onboarding and identity source integrations Support RBAC, access certifications, access reviews, and identity governance Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JSON, LDAP, and SCIM Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, synchronization, and access issues Support IAM operations within secure, regulated, or government environments

Qualifications

Active U.S. Government Security Clearance required 5+ years of IAM or Identity Security experience Strong hands-on Okta experience Strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud experience Experience with SSO and MFA Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD Experience with identity lifecycle management and automated provisioning Experience with RBAC, access certifications, and identity governance Experience integrating applications using REST APIs, JSON, LDAP, or SCIM Preferred Experience Okta or SailPoint certifications Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python experience IAM migration or modernization experience Azure or AWS experience Federal government or defense contracting experience Zero Trust architecture experience Clearance Candidates must currently hold an active U.S. Government security clearance. Relevant clearance levels may include: Public Trust | Secret | Top Secret | TS/SCI | TS/SCI with Polygraph Higher-level active clearances are preferred for environments requiring access to classified systems.
