OnBase System Analyst

Job Title: OnBase System Analyst (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Job Responsibilities: - Analyze End-to-End RIMs process including integrations with other systems and their associated workflows. - Identify and document all functionalities and business processes supported by the system. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, project managers and Product Management to gather requirements and understand operational dependencies on OnBase. - Conduct interviews and workshops with end-users to capture detailed requirements and pain points related to OnBase functionalities. - Evaluate the technical architecture of OnBase Service Flows, including integrations with other systems and data dependencies. - Identify and document potential gaps or areas of functionality that would be considered in OnBase upon retiring RIMs. - Propose alternative solutions or migration strategies to mitigate the impact of retiring RIMs, ensuring continuity of critical business processes. - Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. - Create detailed documentation, including system diagrams, process flows, and impact analysis reports. - Participate in testing and validation of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable and efficient. - Provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases, including user training and troubleshooting. Skills and Experience Required: Required: - Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing and documenting enterprise systems. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex workflows and business processes. - Experience with document management systems like OnBase and understanding of Service Flow configurations. - Knowledge of system analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and impact assessment. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. - Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and terminology Desired: - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA) Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
