Visa: USC 10+ needed Domain: Healthcare Applications Work Environment: Agile Team Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM configuration, governance, and business process alignment. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Expertise in Core HR / Global HR Strong experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Hands-on experience with Oracle Talent Management Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and platform management Knowledge of Oracle HCM security, governance, and ITcompliance Experience managing configuration migrations across DEV, TEST, and PROD Strong understanding of HRIS, Talent Management, and HR Operations Excellent stakeholder communication and business requirements analysis Key Responsibilities: Own and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configurations across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent Management. Evaluate business requirements and configuration changes. Maintain configuration governance, audit compliance, and release management. Collaborate with HR and technology stakeholders to support business objectives. Support Oracle HCM platform enhancements and product roadmap initiatives.
