Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign. Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels. The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call. Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship. What You Bring 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself. A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
