About the Opportunity: The PAID MEDIA STRATEGIST role is a hands-on position responsible for managing client accounts from strategy through execution. This role directly impacts client retention and business growth by owning campaign performance, leading client communications, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and appointments. Responsibilities: Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as primary contact Lead bi-weekly client calls discussing performance and strategy Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of meetings Translate campaign data into clear recommendations for clients Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals Proactively solve account issues to ensure stability and growth Build, launch, and optimize Meta lead generation and appointment campaigns Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, creative testing, and variables Monitor daily performance and adjust based on cost and key metrics Diagnose and improve underperforming campaigns Test audiences, messaging, and creative to enhance results Contribute to ad copy and messaging Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events Configure integrations such as Calendly and Zapier automations Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems Monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues affecting results Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations Proven ability to manage campaigns to performance targets and support retention Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience: Financial services marketing Lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns Video sales letter marketing High-ticket or considered-purchase funnels Direct-response advertising Pay Range and Compensation Package: The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
