Part-Time Personal Assistant for Data Support (Remote, Long-Term)
I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented personal assistant to support me with day-to-day data tasks. This is a part-time, remote role with the potential for a long-term working relationship for the right person. What you’ll be helping with: - Organizing and updating data in Google Sheets / Excel - Entering and cleaning up information from documents, emails, or online sources - Keeping files and folders tidy and well-labeled Checking data for accuracy and flagging anything that looks off - Preparing simple summaries or lists when needed - Occasional light admin tasks (research, follow-ups, organizing notes) What I’m looking for: - Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel (basic formulas are a plus, not required) - Strong attention to detail and good organization - Clear communication in English - Reliable and responsive during agreed working hours - Able to follow instructions and ask questions when something is unclear Details: Part-time: around 10–15 hours per week (flexible) Fully remote To apply, please include: A short introduction about yourself Your experience with spreadsheets or data entry Your weekly availability and time zone Looking forward to working with someone dependable who enjoys keeping things neat and accurate!
