Moore Community Transport is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Remote Dispatcher to support our evening and weekend transportation operations. This is a work-from-home position ideal for someone who communicates effectively, handles multiple tasks efficiently, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor scheduled transportation trips. Communicate with drivers regarding assignments, updates, and changes. Answer incoming calls from clients, facilities, and drivers. Handle last-minute transportation requests, cancellations, and schedule adjustments. Maintain accurate trip records and dispatch documentation. Respond promptly to driver and client needs. Ensure professional, courteous communication at all times.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Comfortable using computers, scheduling platforms, and phone systems. Ability to remain calm and solve problems quickly. Previous dispatching, transportation, healthcare, or scheduling experience preferred. NEMT experience is a plus but not required. Remote Work Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions. Computer and phone access suitable for dispatch responsibilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information. Availability and responsiveness throughout assigned shifts. Schedule Part-Time | Remote | Evenings & Weekends Weekday evening shifts. Weekend shifts required.
