Job title: Partner Location: Fully Remote – California Compensation: $230,000 – $350,000 Annually Employment Type: Full-Time About I am currently partnering with established California law firms that represent some of the leading automotive brands, including Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Hyundai, Lexus, Maserati, and General Motors. The firm focuses on high-volume litigation involving Lemon Law, automotive product liability, warranty disputes, product defect claims, arbitrations, and trials across multiple states. It offers work with major automotive clients, gain valuable courtroom and trial experience, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment with strong mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Handle matters involving product liability, automotive litigation, Lemon Law, warranty litigation, and insurance defense. Develop litigation strategies, oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and manage motion practice. Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance. Oversee case strategy, litigation teams, and associated legal matters.
Qualifications
Active California Bar membership in good standing. Significant experience handling complex civil litigation matters. Strong background in one or more of the following areas: Product Liability / Lemon Law / Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act / Insurance Defense / Automotive Litigation / Automotive Defense / Warranty Litigation Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$230,000 – $350,000] Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
