PCAI Solution Enablement Engineer
Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Experience: 10+ Years Job Overview We are seeking an experienced PCAI Solution Enablement Engineer to lead solution configuration engineering, system architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM) development, and UCID activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution design, configuration validation, technical impact analysis, and change management, ensuring solution readiness for factory operations and quoting processes. The role involves coordinating solution changes, validating configurations, managing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure accurate, consistent, and production-ready deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Lead PCAI solution configuration engineering and system architecture activities. Develop, maintain, and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and UCID documentation. Perform configuration checks and technical impact analysis for proposed solution changes. Manage solution change requests, track dependencies, and coordinate implementation activities. Perform procure-to-pay (P2P) reconciliation and investigate configuration discrepancies. Ensure factory readiness and quoting readiness through accurate configuration and documentation. Maintain technical records, engineering documentation, and configuration artifacts. Collaborate with engineering, operations, factory, and quoting teams to resolve technical issues. Use GitHub and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or Copilot to support engineering workflows. Establish consistent processes for configuration management, documentation, and change tracking. Ensure solution deliverables meet technical requirements and organizational standards. Strong experience in system architecture, solution configuration, BOM development, and technical documentation. Experience with configuration validation, impact analysis, and change-request management. Ability to coordinate engineering changes and maintain configuration accuracy. Experience supporting factory readiness, quoting processes, and technical deliverables. Familiarity with GitHub and AI-assisted engineering tools. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
