Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level business applications using Pega Platform / Pega PRPC. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Pega application development, case management, workflows, integrations, and Agile methodologies. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in software development with strong Pega experience. Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform. Experience developing Pega Case Types, Case Lifecycles, Workflows, and Business Rules. Strong knowledge of Pega Application Development, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, Decision Tables, and Decision Trees. Experience with Pega UI, Sections, Harnesses, Views, Portals, and Constellation is a plus. Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations. Strong understanding of Pega Integration Services. Experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience implementing SLAs, approvals, notifications, routing, and business logic. Knowledge of Pega Security, Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, and Authentication/Authorization. Experience with Pega deployment, debugging, performance tuning, and production support. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools is preferred. Pega certification such as CSSA / CSA is preferred.
