About the Role

As a People Data Analyst on the Employee & Workplace Experience team within People Success, you will assess, streamline, and modernize financial reporting across multiple business functions. This role focuses on improving data quality, consolidating reporting processes, and delivering scalable dashboards and automated solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing Google Sheets, dashboards, and data sources to identify reporting gaps, redundancies, and data quality issues.
• Consolidate and standardize financial reporting across multiple lines of business.
• Enhance budget and spend dashboards to improve usability, accuracy, and executive visibility.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and automate manual processes using modern analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to align reporting metrics, improve forecasting, and support financial decision-making.
• Document processes and deliver sustainable reporting solutions that can be maintained after the engagement ends.

Qualifications

• 3- 5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, financial analytics, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker, Hex, and SQL (Snowflake preferred).
• Experience auditing and reconciling financial data and building budget or spend reporting solutions.
• Proven ability to consolidate disparate data sources into scalable reporting environments.
• Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong dashboard design and data storytelling capabilities.
