POWER BI Developer

Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Power BI, including data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and report performance optimization. Experience supporting and maintaining reporting solutions in a business environment. Experience working with data from multiple systems and business domains. Ability to quickly learn complex business processes, datasets, and reporting requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs. Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies to improve productivity, accelerate learning, and streamline solution delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting operational readiness, program management, technology, healthcare, or enterprise reporting initiatives. Experience with Azure, Databricks, SharePoint, SQL, or other enterprise data platforms as data sources.
