- 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, PLAs, and more
- Google Ads Certification (required), Bing Ads Certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and retargeting
- Familiarity with HTML and the ability to navigate site transitions and URL structure changes
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Google Tag Manager
- Experience setting up goals in GA4 and transitioning campaigns during site redesigns
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to represent performance results to enterprise clients
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Bing Ads, PLAs, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and remarketing strategies across various industries and budgets
- Analyze performance metrics daily and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support enterprise reporting and present performance insights during client meetings
- Monitor budget pacing and shift spend for highest ROI
- Contribute strategic input to landing page optimizations and conversion funnel improvements
- Use AI-powered and manual insights to boost quality scores, reduce click fraud, and maximize conversions
