Job Duties for Private Aides: Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns Excellent Benefits for Private Aides: Flexible assignments to fit your needs, choose the location closest to home. (FULL TIME) Weekly Pay (instant pay/next day pay available!) Pay range: $18.00-$19.00 an hour! (same day/next day pay available!) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
