The role As a Private Markets Associate, you build relationships with investors and shareholders and guide transactions from the first conversation to closing. Our team brings you matched buyers and sellers from our network, so your time goes into conversations, not cold searching. What you'll do Speak with founders, early employees, shareholders, and professional investors Match buyers and sellers and coordinate each transaction through closing Stay in regular touch with your clients and grow long-term relationships Work with high-profile private tech companies before their IPO Who we're looking for Based in the United States A natural at building trust with people over time Experience in wealth management, investment banking, private equity, or other client-facing roles in finance What we offer Flexible hours Before working with clients you pass three FINRA exams (the SIE, the Series 63, and the Series 7 or 82); most people need one to two months of study, and we sponsor the licenses Training and a deal team supporting you every day Direct work with our founding team How to apply Click Apply and complete a short application.
