I’m looking for an experienced contract lawyer to review an existing agreement I have signed with a developer and prepare the necessary agreements for my subcontractors. I will provide the lawyer with the agreement I have already signed with the developer. The goal is to make sure that the obligations and protections from my existing agreement are properly reflected and passed down to my subcontractors where necessary, so that I am protected and remain compliant with the agreement I signed. Scope of Work:
- Review my existing agreement with the developer.
- Draft a Master Agreement for my subcontractors.
- Draft a Subcontractor Agreement that I can use for individual subcontractors/projects.
- Make sure relevant obligations from the developer agreement are properly passed through to subcontractors.
- Cover important areas such as confidentiality, responsibilities, payment, liability, indemnification, warranties, deadlines, termination, and other relevant provisions.
- Identify any risks or obligations in my existing agreement that I should be aware of.
- Provide final agreements in editable format.
I am looking for a lawyer with strong experience in commercial contracts, subcontractor agreements, master agreements, and development/construction-related contracts. Please include your relevant experience, jurisdiction/bar admission, estimated cost, and turnaround time. I will provide the existing developer agreement privately to the selected lawyer for review.
