We’re looking for a senior product manager to lead the Organizational Management function within the CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) organization. This is a high-visibility role driving a key function enabling Indeed’s growth. Who you are Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories. Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog. Use data to guide decisions and measure impact. Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups. Who we are Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.
