Product Marketing Manager (Go-to-Market Specialist)

Role Overview
As our GTM Strategist, you’ll be responsible for shaping how our AI products enter the market, gain adoption, and scale. You will combine market research, product positioning, and hands-on campaign execution to ensure we reach the right customers with the right message at the right time.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be working directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Discovery & Validation
- Research target industries (e.g., F&B, interior design, finance) and validate customer pain points.
- Identify growth opportunities and channels for product adoption.
Positioning & Messaging
- Craft compelling value propositions tailored to SMEs and their industries.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, simple, and impactful benefits.
Go-to-Market Planning
- Design launch plans for new products/features.
- Test and refine pricing, packaging, and acquisition strategies.
- Build scalable GTM playbooks for repeatable growth.
Hands-On Execution
- Drive pilot campaigns (digital ads, outreach, webinars, events).
- Work with the marketing team to generate content, case studies, and customer stories.
- Equip sales with pitch decks, demo scripts, and battlecards.
Measurement & Iteration
- Define success metrics (adoption, conversions, revenue contribution).
- Run A/B tests and optimize GTM activities for impact.
- Feed customer and market insights back into product development.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in GTM strategy, product marketing, growth, or business development (startup/SaaS/AI background a big plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into experiments and execution.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity able to build structure where there isn’t any.
- Hands-on marketer with knowledge of digital channels (social, email, events, partnerships).
- Entrepreneurial spirit: resourceful, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company.
