Program Manager
About the Role
The Program Manager leads cross‑functional engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and operational readiness. The role drives schedule, quality, and cost performance through structured project management, clear communication, proactive risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder leadership. A key focus includes maintaining high customer satisfaction, improving OTD, and resolving RMA and technical issues through data‑driven decision‑making.
Roles and Responsibilities include
- Managing and developing project plans (10%)
- Manage activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time (10%)
- Review status with the customer and the management team (10%)
- Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams (10%)
- Timely resolution of issues and escalation as required to avoid delays in project completion (10%)
- Ensure timely implementation of ECOs (10%)
- Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues (10%)
- Ensures program-related decisions are guided by the terms & conditions of the customer's contract (10%)
- Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order (10%)
- Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (RMA’s) (10%)
Bachelor's in business or engineering preferred, 2+ years relevant experience preferred; experience leading cross-functional engineering and manufacturing programs, schedule/cost/quality management, risk mitigation, stakeholder leadership.
