Program Manager, Healthcare Operations Honolulu, HI 96859 | Remote | Hawaii Residents Only | Potential Opportunity Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to support healthcare administrative operations serving Tripler Army Medical Center, Naval Health Clinic Hawaii, and military treatment facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest. This position is remote; however, candidates must currently reside in Hawaii to be considered. Occasional travel to Bremerton, WA may be required. Position Highlights Full-time remote position Candidates must currently reside in Hawaii Monday through Friday Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) PTO and Sick Time Potential travel to Bremerton, WA

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily program operations, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance Monitor productivity, quality, workload, and operational metrics Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and workflow changes Prepare and review reports and performance data Maintain communication with Spectrum leadership and government representatives Support process improvement and overall contract performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including supervisory or management experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Must currently reside in the state of Hawaii Ability to travel to Bremerton, WA as needed Ability to complete applicable federal background requirements

Preferred Qualifications
