Program Manager – Operations Support
Job Description:
- Supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites
- Partners with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans
- Participates in performance improvement and crisis management support
- Attends operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates
- Helps manage UAT and volume stress testing
- Engages in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail accuracy
- Good organizational and personnel skills
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation
