Program/Project Coordinator (Functional Team Lead)
Brief Description Position: Program/Project Coordinator (Functional Team Lead) Location: Fort Detrick, MD Work Environment: Hybrid / Telework Eligible (Routine and situational telework is authorized.) Clearance Required: TIER 1: Non-critical sensitive position (Must be able to obtain and maintain) Status: Contingent Anticipated Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 Knowesis is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator (Functional Team Lead) to provide administrative coordination and oversight across the organization. This role supports program management offices by interpreting and implementing administrative processes, managing meetings and communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead the administrative coordination team, coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities, provide training, and oversee established DHA administrative processes. Participate in multiple meetings, disseminate associated information and guidance to Office/Division/PMO personnel, and assist in the interpretation and implementation of administrative processes. Maintain Conference Room management and coordinate schedules following organizational procedures. Review and staff documents and correspondence in compliance with current guidelines, regulations, and policies. Perform a variety of support services including coordinating package submissions, gathering responses for procedural reviews, ordering office supplies, and maintaining document records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of full-time work experience in program/project coordination and administrative support. Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting DoD or DHA administrative offices. Experience handling sensitive or For Official Use Only/Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
