Project Management specialist
Job Title: Project Management specialist Location: Laurel, MD Employer: 4Consulting, Inc Position Type: Full Time Worksite: Remote Position Summary 4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management specialist to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for: Coordinate eDiscovery projects from data collection and processing through document review, production, and trial support while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned matters. Consult with legal teams to develop technical discovery strategies, define project requirements, recommend appropriate technology solutions, and implement efficient and cost-effective project plans. Configure and manage Relativity or RelativityOne databases, workspaces, complex searches, batching and quality control workflows, analytics, document review processes, and production activities. Monitor project progress, coordinate internal teams and vendors, generate status reports and metrics, conduct quality checks, resolve discovery-related issues, and provide training on eDiscovery technologies and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Experience successfully providing eDiscovery support for cases of similar size and complexity with minimal supervision. Experience using Relativity or RelativityOne, including constructing complex searches, creating batching and quality control workflows, and generating reports. Experience consulting on search-term development, data collection and culling, analytics, document review, processing, and production workflows. Technical Skills: Relativity, RelativityOne, eDiscovery, Electronic Data Discovery, Complex Search Queries, Document Review Workflows, Data Collection, Data Processing, Document Production, ESI Quality Control Business / Domain Skills: Experience supporting legal proceedings, litigation matters, electronic discovery requests, and the end-to-end discovery lifecycle. Experience coordinating legal teams, case stakeholders, vendors, and internal resources to meet discovery requirements and litigation deadlines. Experience working with electronically stored information (ESI), litigation holds, document review, evidence collection, production specifications, and legal compliance requirements. Experience advising legal teams on discovery strategies, early case assessment, document culling, review efficiency, and technology-driven litigation support processes. Communication: Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Documentation: Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. Preferred Qualifications
Relativity or RelativityOne certification is highly desired. Experience with eDiscovery analytics, early case assessment, search-term optimization, and document review process improvements.
