Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager (Medicaid) Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-Term Contract (5+ Years) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Medicaid-focused healthcare transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operational processes while ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Medicaid transformation projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement business and operational processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and program requirements.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with Medicaid or government-funded healthcare programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Strong Medicaid domain knowledge.
- Healthcare transformation project experience.
- Experience supporting grant-funded initiatives.
- Experience working with government agencies and healthcare stakeholders.
