Job requirements

As CompassMSP continues to grow, evolve and scale so does the need to provide project management for the professional services we deliver. It is to this end that CompassMSP is looking to expand our Project Management team, to better support and empower our technical teams to execute and deliver. As a Technical Project Manager at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions while meeting client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and project timelines. Qualifications Include:

• 5 or more years’ experience in an IT and/or Telecom Project Management Role– preferred
• Technical experience implementing and supporting IT and/or Telecom Solutions – preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong collaboration and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers
• Self-directed and focused
• Strong problem solving and planning skills
• Highly detail-conscious
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work with remote teams
• Strong customer service skills
• Deadline driven
• Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)

Drive Results: From planning to execution, oversee every detail to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on time. Facilitate Transitions: Ensure a smooth handoff to support teams, ensuring clients are set up for ongoing success. Stay Connected: Provide regular updates to CompassMSP management, keeping everyone in the loop on project progress.

Preferred 5+ years in IT or telecom project management, technical implementation experience, strong communication, collaboration, customer service, planning, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
