What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage all assigned projects to ensure completion within the approved project schedule and budget
- Interface with internal and external customers to meet project technician, schedule, and budget goals
- Develop scopes of work, perform and oversee related design and drafting work, and compile contractor bid packages
- Evaluate contractor proposals and initiate required purchase requisitions
- Direct and oversee contractor personnel in activities related to the implementation of assigned projects
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime
- Strong interpersonal and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience overseeing industrial contractors in facilities engineering projects
- Ability to travel up to 30%
